It's so disappointing that the hotel doesn't have a falcon eye to keep it on top of its game.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a miniature artificial fireplace. It wasn't loud.

The suite is very nice! Equipment is optimal! Very lovingly, modern and chic decorated. Getting the fireplace going for the first time was a bit difficult, but the staff was immediately on hand to help.

I absolutely loved the elegant and cozy decor of the hotel. It had a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-kept and easy to navigate, which was perfect for senior people like me. I also appreciated that the hotel had wheelchair accessibility, making it convenient for older guests.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to organizing activities suitable for senior people.

Very nice comfortable rooms, at ground level and in a separate building because we had a dog with us, no carpeting in the rooms, good possibilities to walk the dog... The food was excellent, as was the staff.

Unfortunately the room doors were very heavy and fell with a loud bang into the lock of various guests in our building from four o'clock in the morning. The rooms were partly very bright.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a post-industrial restored rural area just outside of Groningen. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with plenty of greenery and a 4-km hiking trail right next to the hotel. We loved that we could bring our dog along, and there was even a bus stop just 400m away for easy access to the city center. The staff here were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile on their face. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of meadows and fields. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the cozy atmosphere. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough for families.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy electric fireplace. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful green surroundings and a hiking trail right next to the hotel. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient, especially when helping resolve an issue with my card charges. a great place with nice people and a wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of a charming country house. The general areas were spacious, allowing me to easily navigate with my walking stick. The hotel also had ramps and elevators, making it accessible for seniors like myself.

I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise classes or organized outings that catered to our interests.

We were very pleasantly surprised when arriving at this hotel! I booked it mainly for the location as we were travelling to the Moto GP in Assen and there wasn't much choice left. But this hotel is great - the rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated; the food is delicious and good value for money (pricey but you get alot); the surroundings are beautiful and there is plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with a drink. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will use this hotel if visiting again.

The location of the hotel is the only slight disadvantage as it is a bus journey from the train station and it is in the middle of the countryside, although public transport is so efficient that it was not a problem. Also one minor point - check your invoice when checking out as we were mistakenly charged for breakfast that we did not have but this was quickly amended without dispute.

We loved staying here! The hotel was spotless and had fantastic facilities, including ample parking and easy transportation options to the city center via the nearby bus station. The hotel’s quiet location, right next to a local nature reserve, provided beautiful views of the surrounding fields and trees.
